While the Rams had become the first to earn a post-season berth earlier on Sunday, the Seahawks secured their place to the play-offs after a 24-month absence.
With this result, the Seattle have taken over their division's standings with a twelve and three mark, supplanting the Rams, who dropped to the number five playoff position with an eleven and four record.

Although Puka Nacua scored for his another TD in OT, Smith-Njigba answered in kind to setup the decisive score.
